Space assignment is on a first-come first-served basis. There is a $400 fee for the use of the meeting room and ICEID assistance.

This form is due no later than May 28, 2010.

Only companies exhibiting at ICEID, certain notforprofit groups, or government agencies may hold affiliated events. All affiliated events must be requested using this form. All charges for the event are the responsibility of the function sponsor. ICEID is not responsible for payment for any services, room rental, and/or food and beverage connected with the event. ICEID has no authority over any service charges, rental fees, labor contracts, etc., required by any venue.
