All Abstracts Must be Submitted Electronically
The meeting is using the American Society for Microbiology’s Web-based Abstract Submission system. If you have used the system to submit abstracts to any past ASM meeting or conference, you will be able to re-enter the system as a returning user. If you are unfamiliar with this system, setting up an account from the website is quick and simple. When Submitting an Abstract
You must fill out and email the provided Biographical Form as well as the Disclosure Form to Edwin Williams, CTR. Please note, your abstract will not be reviewed until your Biographical and Disclosure forms have been received via email.

Abstract Disposition Notification
Once an abstract has been received, the primary means of communication and notification of its status will be through the Internet submission system and by e-mail.

Abstract Character Count
Your abstract may have up to 2000 characters. Spaces, title, authors and institution are not included in the character count.
