Dear Prospective Exhibitors,

The International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases (ICEID 2010) takes place in Atlanta, Georgia, July 11-14, 2010. This bi-annual meeting is limited to 2,500 of the leading public health specialists, infectious disease physicians and researchers, epidemiologists, military infectious diseases and emergency preparedness personnel, and others in the infectious diseases arena. They return to to encourage the exchange of scientific and public health information on global emerging infectious disease issues.

This professional audience will attend sessions that include current work on surveillance, epidemiology, research, communication and training, bioterrorism, and preventions and control of emerging infectious diseases, both in the United States and abroad.

The exhibit location and hours are designed to provide exhibitors with maximum access to the delegates. Please refer to the Prospectus for details on the conference and how you can reach ICEID’s educated, decision-making audience.

Thirty-five (35) 10x10’ exhibits are available for $1,200 each. Non-profit organizations have a discounted $500 rate for one 10x10 booth. Exhibit space is limited, so please return your contract quickly for the best space! Please click the following links to get started:

If your company has a promotional brochure, journal, or other piece, you can reserve a space in the ICEID Literature Rack in the Exhibit Hall. For $800, your materials can be displayed during ICEID and available to attendees.
