An email with instructions on how to complete the registration for exhibitor badges will be sent once a completed Exhibit Contract has been received and processed.

Exhibitor Badge Policies
Four (4) complimentary exhibitor staff badges are provided for each 10” x 10” booth space rented. Additional exhibitor staff badges may be purchased for $200 each.
In addition, each exhibiting company is entitled to one (1) conference registration badge that allows admittance to scientific sessions. Additional conference registration badges can be purchased at the regular conference rate.
If company personnel will be attending scientific sessions in addition to, or rather than staffing the exhibit or want to receive CE credit, they must register as participants of the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fee.
Exhibitors and their vendors, contractors and agents must wear their ICEID 2015 badges at all times during installation, dismantling and when the Exhibit Hall is open.
Exhibitor badges are not interchangeable and are only to be used by the person to whom they are issued. Substitutions are not allowed for badges already printed and picked up.
Exhibitors may pre-register for badges via Exhibitor Registration Online. Badges will be available for pick up during attendee registration hours.
All badges must be claimed onsite; they will not be mailed in advance.
The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is the host hotel for the 2015 International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases (ICEID). The Hyatt is located in the heart of downtown, close to the Georgia Aquarium, CNN Center, and Centennial Olympic Park, and is 15 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
